  They deserve a nice tax break from the city to ease the financial difficulties they are currently experiencing. THAT is in fact the solution,....we need that street fixed and better traffic flow,...but in the mean time,...ease the city tax debts for a couple of months towards Mattitos and the other business establishments in that area.

  I know there is lots of news,...but not even a mention of August 2, 1985, 137 people died at DFW Airport on Delta Flight 191? One of the three biggest DFW news stories in history here,...27 years ago today marks the anniversary. Just venting,...should have done something today to commemorate that event which I was a huge part of,.....................

  I just now heard about this,..hope you are better by now Kim!!! Hang in there, April was a bad month for everyone,...I even had a small heart attack and was in Parkland for a while,..20% heart muscle lost, enlarged aorta,..but getting stronger and on a new healthy diet. May was pretty tough for many as well,...Jeff West died, former Director of The 6th Floor (JFK) Museum and many other bad things happened. Hello positive energy again and a brand new month coming up!

  UPDATED: Cattle killed on northbound I-35 during wreck

  I heard some cattle jumped off the bridge and it even got uglier,...the poor Dallas Sheriff'sDepartment helped with the clean-up. Heard it would re-open by 11am. But a difficult situation indeed. One can only imagine as only about 40 cattle survived this accident. Sad day on I-30, eastbound and westbound way out in Hunt County, I-30 was shut-down for hours as well due to a pedestrian fatality.

  The "Parade of Giants",..can't really tell who is supposed to be who,...was Pancho Medrano one of them? Great three day celebration. I attended the sunrise 6:40am party Sunday morning,..was fantastic. Very private and all the former Mayors were there, Senators,... Secret Service for Ambassador Ron Kirk from the President Obama White House and more. Fun and solid!

  I have seen way too many drug and alcohol deaths FIRST-HAND as former Director of the 65 resident,......(lost 14 last yar alone)at The Dallas 24 Hour Club,....in some cases jail-time is the ONLY cure for heroin addicts,...sadly.

This happens every year about this time,....many will make it others will fall off after just 90 days,......I hope EACH AND EVERYONE of these new spots makes it and stays profitable and keeps people employed and MOST OF ALL makes the patrons feel welcome, happy and let's them all have fun enjoy thier visits to these new establishments! :)

  The landlord could have,.... and SHOULD have worked with this tenant,...now they will have NO revenue generated for this location/leased spot,...greedy, greedy and an "unamerican" move by the landlords,...in my opinion. We are in a depressed economy,..work with everyone people,...now many are out of work,...bands out of work and no more fun in that Lakewood area spot for now.

  Excellent reporting Pegasus News! I see the update/proven comments,...I am following this closely. But,...just now on Ch.8,5,4,11 the City of Dallas is worried as the event had rampant drug use on city owned property. Listen-- Party too much, one takes risks. It is that simple. Kiddo's,...take it easy,...take that from a pro and former party king,....too much, too quickly and you will have the ride of your life but also remember,....what goes up, must come down and sometimes you go down six feet under permanently. Take it easy and maybe just abstain altogether,...if you can? Enjoy the clubs and concerts, but don't overdo it. Just wanted to share my opinion guys and gals.
