Ahhh, yes - the classic "Love it or leave it, b*tch!" argument. So well-thought-out, so intelligent.
Instead, how about you answer my question - how does the presence of a liquor store within 300 feet of a public school in any way decrease the safety of the neighborhood, the employment rate in the area (??), or the the standard of living? Can you 'splain that? And while you're at it - what the hell is an "open containment sewer"??

Can someone explain to me the reasoning behind this absurd regulation?? "If the students know it's sooo close, they'll be overwhelmingly tempted, even tho they can't buy it?". Or "We don't want the kind of people who buy alcohol to be anywhere near our precious and oh-so-fragile children, for fear of contamination"?
My gawd, the people in this state can be so Stone Age at times

I'm with txmuzik - I question your judgment. The now-defunct Novaak at Andy's, in your top four of the year?? Seriously? That's a giggle. My top four? eels at the Granada, The Dodos at the Loft, Dark Dark Dark at Dan's, Manchester Orchestra at The Palladium, We Were Promised Jetpacks at Trees. OK, that's five, I gave you a bonus.
