Once, at about 10 at night. I was randomly stopped after coming back from rugby practice. My windows were tinted and there were no street lights. DUring the stop the officer noticed by window tags were expired. he later said that was the reason for the stop. however, it is not possible that from his view, in the night, he could have made that stop based on the citatation. it was random and that happens. in high crime neighborhoods, where we practiced rubgy, it happens more often, and rightfully so.

besides this, there is no such thing as unfair treatment to illegal immigrants if they get arrested sans violence. it's not you, it's the neighborhood, and cops are just "looking out".

It is contradictory to say that one person supported this bill then recognize that it passed by a majority. You cannot say it does not 'reflect the majority of the city' when majority of the city representatives voted for it. It does not say anything either to admit there was 'a room full of opposition' when, generally speaking, people hardly show up in support of anything. It is much easier to be motivated when one does not agree. That's how we get t.v. Moreover, more email was sent in support of the bill than in opposition to it. It seems Ms. Bell is not in touch with her neighbors. And after only four years, she hasn't quite laid down the roots the majority of her community has thus far. I have a close friend of mine, who travelled from India to America without his family more than 15 years ago. He lived here, legally, sans family for more than 8 years. In 2002 I witnessed him embrace his family for the first time on American soil. It was a beautiful moment.

Your language also contradicts itself. You criticize whites for bigotry, and then, even in the same breath, you reduce and restrict hispanics to "lawn cutters" as though they could get no better job.
