I have lived here for 3 years and don't know what you are talking about. As for the a/c and heat, that does not make sense either. I have complete control in my apartment and it gets down to 65 degrees. I didnt have to pay a deposit, and the utilities are cheap.

There are tons of great reviews all over the internet and one of them mentions the Better Business Bureau. I checked it out, and Power Properties has an excellent credit rating with them as well. It is really sad that bitter people use blogs to write things that are untrue anonymously. My name is Mathew Abrams, and I have nothing to hide. I am really proud of where I live, and have never found anything cooler than the residences provided by the Power brothers. As for the neighborhood, what tree are you living in? Lakewood is amazing! It is definitely one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city. With White Rock Lake, the newest Whole Foods in the city, and all the incredible architecture, I cant imagine living anywhere else. It feels like Austin. As for the neighbors, I have made so many friends here and love the vibe the courtyards have to offer.

My loft has hardwoods, 16 foot ceilings, wall treatments, and an amazing view. What makes the property so cool is the amount of energy spent on making the surroundings feel like you are in a different city. It is so cool that Dallas has something like this. The Power brothers are definitely an asset, and it makes me really mad when jealous people try to disparage all of their cool work!
