Dinerstein representatives submit new plans for Fry Street project in Denton
Don't hold your breath. I can just about promise you you'll see only franchise and high-end retail in the retail area. And knowing the location and past reputation with this developer, the apartments will be excessively priced. The last thing Denton is another block of overpriced apartments...but that won't stop Dinerstein from putting them there.

Fry Street lot in Denton remains untouched by developer
United Equities ignored the public and the council, promised so much and lied about it afterwards, tearing down family owned businesses and destroying historic buildings. All for a CVS and Starbucks that nobody wanted in that area. Now they've failed, the lot remains still empty when it could have money-making businesses still there. And honestly, the only reason I hope it stays that way is. Empty and dead. Because that's what the city deserves for letting a corporate money-machine destroy it's culture.
