    Austin Street Center is the reason I am homeless again. I was let go because I would not support Amy Trail in receiving $20,000 in personal gain by permitting an organization access to the homeless at Austin Street Center, a clear conflict of interest. Amy Trail is a horrible person who belittles the clients at the shelter and thinks she is their “warden”. The homeless do not like her but are afraid to say so because Austin Street Center’s executive staff will throw you out if you protest about discrimination, abuse, exploitation and unfair conditions.
