You are correct Fernie. You and several other businesses call the actual Jefferson Tower home. The whole complex spanning the block, however, is referred to as Jefferson Tower. Specifically I meant the east wing, which is indeed empty and gutted. We have since made that clarification.

@Jeterdawg, this post was meant to cater to a variety of players, not just the hardcore golfers. The first time I ever threw a disc I was at Lake Lewisville Park and it was all but satisfying. Everyone must begin somewhere.

@jvdart, multiple disc golf professionals and enthusiasts were asked for input on shaping this list. As I said, Turner Park was considered.

Thanks jason_gabel for the info! Turner Park was definitely considered. Unfortunately 10 spaces is not enough to encompass all the great disc golf spots we have in North Texas. Can't wait to try it out though! Once this rain subsides, anyway. Looking forward to the 80-degree weekend.

@John Tuner-McClelland, if the Mavs win or if the Stars score a goal in the third quarter, fans do still get a free crispy beef taco. However, coupons for free tacos are distributed to fans as they leave the stadium and are not valid at the AAC locations.

@annerkey, you are correct. The bar was called Club One before becoming Epic Cones. The owners listed "One Bar" on the outside of the building to avoid crossing any legal boundaries concerning the dance club, while also trying to attract that specific clientele.
