  Sounds like yost has first hand experience with brain splatter and getting pushed in the dirt as a kid LOL, im guessing he's one of the performance riders trying to compensate ;) I kid rick, your one of the saner voices around here

  Seriously, I agree with Cubfan (cubbies of the world unite!), this is an exclusive Dallas area issue, as everyone in this town is too dang self-righteous for their own good. Ive taken my bike over to the Trinity Trails in Cowtown and also ridden on Lady Bird Lake/Barton springs in a-town, people in those two locations are at least courteous when it comes to asking to pass around users..

  Wow, talk about having to guilt TxDOT into doing their appointed job, that was funny as heck mike. I applaud you and your organizations creative approach to making them do their job.   Preach it sister! One reason I don't ride at White Rock are the performance riding junkies a-holes out there who ride side by side and 20 deep. No wonder people have road-raged against these parties in the past, they're self-righteous,cocky and very foul-mouthed to boot. Everyone needs to respect the rules of the road....

  Is it just me, or do you have(pardon the pun) beans to grind accordingly with this establishment? Ive been to drip on numerous occasions and had nothing but stellar service from the staff and also had a pretty decent conversation with the manager just recently.   Peter,your assumptions about most youth today is quite off, most of these kids today are quite normal compared to our generations, These kids are also smarter and more informed accordingly.

  Alot of the issue is the "control" that the "district" is trying to put on these kids. In many ways, this comes down to a 1st amendment rights issue and it'll be interesting to see if the courts get involved with this situation.

I have a feeling the gate went up due to the fact the guy is/was one of the most unpopular presidents since Nixon and screwed the American population accordingly, that makes you alot of enemies.   I tell ya, its a sticky wicket when it comes to 1st amendment issues of this nature. BISD apparently looks as if they're trying to save face and will more than likely try to use "student code"-type of arguments if it goes forward. From what I understand of the story, it was someone else who posted the comment, not the party in question. I have a feeling lawyers will get called into this before its all over..

  We used to play paintball at cowtown paintball and went to the haunted house in that place over the years. Im glad the T&P is getting a much-deserved renewal/rebirth. Too bad Dallas hasnt gotten it together on saving their historic buildings accordingly. Another reason I love cowtown!
