    Spent the weekend at the NY LO Southside recently in celebration of my Honey's 61st. birthday.

    Our "corner" room with views of both downtown Dallas North) and Cedar Social Restaurant (east) was "lofty". Cement floors and ceiling with brick walls. Early 1900's casket mfg. redux. Linens were great! Ask Gwenith Paltrow she loves hotel linens. ok!

    Friends met us on the roof for drinks on Saturday!

    Restaurant puts out surprisingly excellent quality food. Bistro Burger was exceptional in it's preparation. Even butter lettuce, wow! homemade fries. Breakfast on Sunday Morning, Huevos Rancheros with housemade salsa, yum and traditional breakfast omlett also well prepared.

    When we left, seemed the whole staff knew us by first name.

    Roof top bar is a great place to have your last bloody mary before checking out.

    My Honey loved his birthday "stay-cation"
