By the way, the Corgan's headquarters was built by Turner Construction Co. Turner has built many of the other top green projects in North Texas, including the SMU Embrey Building, Pat Lobb Toyota (the first green auto dealership in the country) and the prototype Wal-Mart in McKinney.

As a point of clarification, this promotion is not happening in Dallas. The local connection is that it's being executed by Dallas-based AdverTickets.
