    Cote d Azur = Crap d Azur. I cannot believe the owner approaches customers completely drunk. I don't want to entertain an aggressive alcoholic while paying $50 for a mediocre meal. If I wanted to argue with a drunk over crappy service, I would have gone to a bar. Seriously disappointing.
