I love Deep Sushi. It's definitely one of my favorite sushi restaurants here in Dallas. They know sushi, but I don't think they know how to handle big events like Valentine's Day on a Saturday night. We made reservations...but I don't think the Deep Sushi staff was sure exactly how reservations work.
Good thing is we had 8:00 reservations because the poor folks that came in around 8:30 waited a long time for a seat, reservations or not.
There was a V-day special...all you can eat for $45. Not bad...but you really have to stuff yourself to get your money's worth. I highly recommend the "Yellowtail Heaven". It isnt always on the menu but it is a must have. Pieces of yellow tail with fresh jalapeno, sriracha, floating in Ponzu sauce. Yum.
