I went to the Royal and 75 theater yesterday and got to experience the reserved seating. Which would be fine except that they have jammed the seats in the back making you feel every move the person on either side of you makes. And there was a screaming kid even though it was a R movie and kids weren't supposed to be admitted past 6 PM. The waiters were all over the place and it was annoying, I tried to find a manager as we left but I didn't see one. I was just ready to get out.

My dad went to the new one and said it was ok but the chairs were too stiff. You couldn't get comfortable in them.
