Consistent hamburgers, thin, I ordered the double which is a better size hamburger. The fries and onion rings are unique since he late owner and current owner continue to serve these items with greek seasoning on them. Good place to go, has been opened since the 50's so you get a good sense of history in a city that does not have enough.

Next to Campisi's, this is my favorite pizza anywhere, in Dallas/Fort Worth. All of their pizzas are made from the freshest ingredients. They use a lot of local ingredients too. The pizza are definitely gourmet and the different types have some great combinations of flavors. The wait is always long no matter what time you go, so be prepared to wait. Get one of their great drinks at the bar while you wait. The bar is usually packed so you may have to squeeze in for a drink but food this good is worth it. Great scene, good place to go after work. I heard they used to grow fresh basil on the roof at the Henderson location. Plano location is different crowd but still great food.

Gloria's was our choice for a little Salvadoran food, a special mixture of El Salvador and Texan cuisine. They had traditional plantains and also yucca, but I went for the fish tacos. Delicious and nutritious. Their back beans are wonderful. The fish tacos were also delicious.

I can not believe there is not a review on this place. This is one of the best places to get breakfast in the city of Dallas. Banana's foster waffles, Normandy french toast. Frozen Mimosa's. Breakfast Tacos. Tons of egg dishes and potato dishes to choose from. Everyone loved what they had. We couldn't have asked for a better meal. Don't forget to pick up some of their bread or a dessert on your way out.

Great old fashioned soda shop. Get a grilled cheese or club and order a shake, malt or rootbeer float. Not many soda shops left like it in Dallas. Great place to take kids, or a date. Plenty of shopping and other bars and restaurants nearby.

I went hear after hearing about it on Dallasfood top chicken fried steaks. I was not impressed with the chicken fried steaks but was very impressed with the sides. This is a great place to go if you miss Austin. I gave it a second chance and had breakfast. It was fantastic. Great Migas. Great atmosphere with classic music posters from many Dallas based bands and many that have been thru town. I enjoyed the flashbacks to my college days in Austin, and time well spent in Deep Ellum in the glory days.

Good Mexican food for Frisco. I prefer non chain maxican restaurants, but Cantina has always been solid. Great margaritas, and good standard tex-mex food. Quality cheese enchiladas, and beef fajitas. I like the fact that you can get charro beans instead of refried beans. It is bit more expensive than many smaller mexican restaurants, but good quality and nice setting.

I keep hearing about Peggy Sue's so I tried it out. The most dry barbeque I have ever had. I personally did not like it. I will never understand why the best barbeque in Texas is made in Central Texas. The sides were good, the decor was nice. However, I would much rather have Rudy's, or Holy Smokes, or Sonny Bryan's.

Great hamburgers, one of the best in town. The tuna sandwich is also very good, creamy onion mayo dreesing is a nice touch. Appetizer combo is a good deal for standard appetizer bar food.

The Beach Boys with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Beach Boy trivia: Though surfing was a prominent theme in many of the Beach Boys' early songs, Dennis Wilson was the only original member who surfed. "Kokomo" was the Beach Boys' first hit in 20 years and ended up being their biggest selling single. Paul McCartney once said that "God Only Knows" was the most beautiful pop song ever written. Great barbeque restaurant. The sausage was great, the brisket was juicy and wonderful. My wife had the pulled pork, liked it but I prefer the beef. They have great ice cold draft beer. I prefer this place over any Dallas barbeque restaurant, which is big praise since I was born in Dallas.
