It wasn't just you John. It was my first time seeing the show, but I came away feeling it could have been better.

Weinstock's voice was great at some points but provided unintentional comedy at others. Nasal is right. Having never seen the show, I at first assumed this was part of his character's story arch... progressing from raw, nasally talent to polished superstar. Oops.

With so many different productions going right now, maybe they're just spread too thin. I mean how many actors out there can we realistically expect to pull off the look and sound of Frankie Valli?

And we all know what "My Boyfriend's Back" is supposed to sound like. That wasn't it. Yikes.

Kapprus and Andrews were outstanding though. And the material is great. I was entertained but somewhat disappointed.

I want to win because it would give me a reason to go to Frisco.

Yes please.

Latest from their twitter (@frabbits) is that they might be flying out tomorrow. And "if all goes to plan, Dallas ought to be do-able".

It's looking unlikely that Frightened Rabbit will be here. They have been stuck in London for the past several days due to the ash cloud caused by the Icelandic volcano.

I'm not sure exactly when it closed, but it was sometime before June 9th. I planned to eat there prior to the Little Joy show at Club Dada, but no dice. :(
