You're an idiot if you actually believe this. This is the new corporate thinking, "the customer is always wrong, and stupid, and we can take advantage of them." As consumers we've all been taken advantage of, finally someone is holding a corporation responsible, and if southwest looses money over this, then it's the cost of learning this leason.
