A new shopping center development in Oak Cliff? Or anywere, for that matter...with the markets the way they are, no one will be able to get equity or debt to start to development commercial property for 12 to 18 months.

My wife and I learned from our friends at Jamaica Gates that he was coming, so we had a great lunch there and watched the mayhem of them filming the show. We didn't make the bright lights, but it was fun brush with greatness.

This guy is a crazy nut...you can see it in his eyes and hear it in his voice. His thoughts are disjointed and nonsensical. He doesn't appear to understand what's going on with the financial markets any more than any of us.

Concert Review: Rush
It was a great show (as it has been every time I've seen them) and the weather was perfect (compared to the past times when they come in August and insist on playing at Starplex/Superpages/whatever). Loved this 2nd round of the S&A tour because it seemed that the true fans were out for this one. Made getting good tickets at book value easier for my gang.
P.S. All I can say about Rush and the R&R Hall of Fame...who cares? I don't think the boys do and neither should we...it's a sham.
