Looks like Dim Sum, I will have to try it. My friends and I have said for a long time that if Kirin Court in Richardson or Hong Kong Royal in Carrollton ever opened a fancier place and put it on McKinney Ave that it would do awesome. It sounds like the Buis have and best of luck to them.

Hong Kong Royal is our favorite Dim Sum / Chinese restaurant. It is great for take out. I recommend the Shrimp & Spinach Dumplings. One of my best friends loves the pan fried noodles with chicken. It is a go to neighborhood spot for us. Not particularly fancy, but clean with nice people and good food especially considering the inexpensive prices.
