  I am glad to see this Theatre reopen again...This once bustling neighborhood was decimated in the late 70s and has really never recovered...Once the United States Government decided that those single persons who poured revenue into North Dallas should leave..Things took a sharp, fast, downhill turn..I will never forget when one of the children who lived in these apts, built without playgrounds, were killed in a parking lot..Parking lots are not playgrounds...RIP little one...

  Dallas City Council..I guess you are determined to make everyone despise the City of Dallas…Thankfully I bailed out in the 80's. It really doesn’t matter who the mindless fool was that made up the garage sale rules that your citizens have had heaped on them. All of you should have to go by them for reelection. What an asinine bunch of halfwits you all are for passing ordinances that are obviously to beat down your less fortunate citizens.The worst economy since the Great Depression and taking money from those who can least afford it…Gasoline at ridiculous prices, poor folks trying to make ends meet, and some fool of a politician says put only 1 sign in your yard…Great way to advertise on your dead end street..You should all be ashamed of yourselves, but obviously you were reared by heartless, greedy, carpetbaggers…These are the same people who you will be asking to put a sign in their yard for your reelection… they should charge you a $15.00 fee for having to look at it for three days...Or tell you to kiss their AXX.. \

  A few years ago my husband befriended a beautiful Lab that hopped up in the front seat of his pickup at a store in Garland. He was unaware of the Garland pound and its practices. He told them if no one claimed this dog that he wanted it. He called in 3 days and they told him that he was gone, not claimed or adopted but put down. They told him that it was difficult to adopt large dogs. My husband was heart broken and angry. He felt that by taking him there that he had all but killed the dog himself. I tell anyone who will listen, DO NOT Take Any Animals To This Place. He was a sweet, beautiful dog.

I hope this was not a direct quote but it appears that it was. This is a quote from a Chief of Police. Maybe if you hear the english language spoken incorrectly enough times it might sound correct??? "We got good shopping?" "We have bad grammer"

  Dallas, I love my home town, I now live in Richardson..2 blocks from Dallas. If ask I still say I live in Dallas...Have you seen Downtown Richardson.. or our beautiful townsquare? NO? Well that's because we dont have one...Downtown Richardson consist of 2 blocks of businesses.. the police station and firestation.. The square as far as I know never existed..

  Modern Family, I wish I were Mitch and Camerons neighbor...What a hoot...The first episode where Jay is struggling to get out of the lawn chair is my Dad all over.
