My husband and I moved here from L.A. 8 months ago, did a tour with Power Properties and took the most beautiful loft I could imagine having. Since then we have had minor requests (change air filter, paint parking bricks) both which were done within 48 hours. The owners are actively involved and throw parties for their residents, send out survey's as to how they can improve our stay at their property, and constantly strive to make it better and better. From my personal experience, as well as those of my neighbors (we have a very cool crowd of young professionals), we absolutely LOVE living here. The custom properties in the Historic District will have their share of issues, but the management and the owners in particular are on top of it always. I think if you would like a unique place to call home, in a central and safe area close to the city, that is both affordable and beautiful, Power Properties is the way to go. I have no regrets signing a lease here and plan to renew next year.
