This does not appear to take into consideration the current vendors. If the plan eliminates the diagonal parking and drive through, customers will have to carry their produce out to a parking lot. The farmers market will die. No where does it mention the plant market that has been the core of Dallas county for homeowner beautification. This looks like another venture capital program to build more residential housing and restaurants without consideration of a real farmers market.
