    Rick...you obviously have no experience with the nuances of running a successful gay bar.

    Kicking out the trannies in a Texas gay bar is like telling a certain race they have to have 3 forms of ID at a "straight" bar...surest way to kill your business. They tried the same thing at Oil Can Harry's in Austin and it killed their business until a new owner lifted the ban.

    Aren't these the same Dallas SWAT guys that made the big to-do about busting into the "Swedish Institute" with a tank or something? LOL too funny! Cops are so two-faced I swear!

    Hey Mr. Sterling...maybe some of us love living in Oak Lawn, have neighborhood values, and can't afford to buy a cookie cutter $400k townhouse! I don't want to move out of the area, and all this development is going to do an unfortunate thing...turn Oak Lawn straight. Of course I'm sure you'd love that...as soon as they build all these expensive apartments, you can start to get the bars shut down, right?
