I just got back from the Sat performance and I could not disagree more. This performance and presentation was horrible. The empty Winspear would have been proof enough for a Sat performance but even more telling was the vast exodus at intermission never to return. The sexuality added in this version was just out there in left field and I felt more pit for the the performers as they couldn't look less interested in being there for the entire performance.

The absolute worst part was the music which drown out key dialog moment and made it hard to hear throughout. I am not looking for the dramatic but really this was bad bad bad and the audience new it.

Maybe the other nights were better but I seriously doubt it. The only decent performance was Lucy and she tripped during the during her bring on the Boys song and went totally out of character or if it was supposed to happen she suddenly lost her accent and yelled far too loud.
