I saw it preview night, it was fantastic!! I am looking at taking my father to see it again.

this happened with 3 teachers at my highschool. but...they didn't get caught. it's not as uncommon as we think.

ok, yesterday i was a little angry. sometimes i dont take change well if its something that's stayed true to me for so long. but...today i heard janis joplin and last night i heard some old school bob dylan. then both were followed by crap country. so...i guess it's just like normal. instead of changing it when ACDC or Black Sabbath comes on, I will change it when country comes on.

i have loved classic rock since i remember my mom jamming out to led zeppelin when i was like 5 and have been a loyal kzps fan since. LOYAL! even after my friends continued to bash it.

however, before this country rock change, they had gone through other changes. i used to hear CSNY, the beatles, America, Elton John, etc. on a regular basis. they are no longer.

about a month ago, i heard a caller say, cindy, i want u to play some beatles, u guys never play them anymore. she had answered back that management took away the beatles but she was able to secretly hold some back. What the f%$#?!?! management of a classic rock station taking away the beatles!!! i dont like to fight, but i wanted to punch them.

now this ?...

i turned on the radio yesterday all excited about bo and jim and i heard that country song, "you don't have to call me darlin'...darlin'...u never even call me by my name"

A terrifying flashback of college frat boys singing that song, wearing kakhis and pastel polos, was in my head for 30 seconds and i wanted to puke. i knew...the true classic rock station of dallas, tx...was no longer.

bo, jim, kelly, red beard, john, cindy, i love u guys...good luck to you, nothing is your fault. i'd refuse to think so anyways.

Call me crazy but...I like the piss, I like the screamers from the roof top, I like the scumbars and the ppl that drink there and eat their popcorn (they are very interesting ppl and i actually havent seen anyone eating popcorn). These are all indications that this part of the city is alive and bumping in the lifestyle i like to observe and every so often take part of...or else, i wouldnt have moved here. I do not intend to have a family here, and when the time is right, I will move the hell out.

I help pass out the LGNA newsletters, I am a volunteer, and the info I have read from them is to check your smoke detectors and not use toxic cleaning stuff. This is why I opted to help, I don't see any harm in this..?? Reading this article almost made me feel bad for doing what I thought was a good deed.
