UPDATEDx2: JFK historian studies "missing witness" who should have seen Oswald
Acording to Warren Commission reports, 90 seconds after the assasination LHO was witnessed by Dallas police on the second floor break room not out of breath. In that 90 secs, he allegedly lined the empty casing on the window sill, walked from one corner of the TSBD sixth floor to the opposite corner to hide a weapon, and then took the elevator that was waiting for him downstairs. It is widely accepted that LHO killed JFK alone, but conspiracy theories are far-fetched.

Tom Leppert's resignation speech will take place this afternoon at City Hall. If you're not there in person, you can listen on WRR-FM, 101.1 or at the video link below.
I didn't have him pegged as a quitter

Haven't seen Mojo Nixon in a while. Allgood would be a great place to catch him.

TMZ reports that Kennedale's Showtime Cabaret says DFW needs 10,000 more strippers to meet Super Bowl demand.
I think the shortage of strippers shows a lack of committment from the DFW community in hosting a Super Bowl.

Wilco is playing at UNT in May
Is that the Auditorium building across from Voertman's? Great small venue for a show.

Dallas foodies went on a taco tour to find best tacos in town
Thanks for the review. I have never been to any of these places. IMO, any taco place that I haven't been to is one that I need to try.
While Fuzzy's is close and easy to take my family too, it doesn't belong in a best article.

Review: Polyphonic Spree, Old 97's at Carrollton's Festival at the Switchyard
The rain wasn't too bad. The heavy downpours never lasted more than a few minutes. There was more dry time than rain time. Stayed just to see the Spree. They played "Something in the Air" twice in a row. Tim hinted at the beginning that they would play it 4 times in a row. The rain forced the string section to sit out the show. My favorite Spree song of the night was "Soldier Boy". Taking the new DART train from Trinity Mills was another evening highlight.

The Buzzcocks / The Dollyrots
This is an all-ages show, so I'm bringing my 15yo daughter. She is new to the Buzzcocks but has heard some of their songs done by other bands.

After damning Men's Health survey that deemed Arlington No. 1 in fast-food towns, the city is teaming up with a local hospital to create a six-month health initiative.
Really don't see a lot of difference between Arlington and the rest of the metroplex in the number of fast food places per capita. Could have easily have been Plano, Garland, Duncanville,Lewisville or Bedford that got #1 as far as fast food saturation. Arlington is just a bigger city.

Plano considering dropping out of DART
It will never happen. Plano has too much to gain with DART. DART owns the Cotton Belt line which runs across the southern border of Plano. When DART finally builds on that, the economic impact will be enormous for Plano. Only the most idiotic of the Tea-Baggers would think DART is not good for Plano.
