I was standing about two feet from the vendor that was shot.It was my first time selling at first sat and thats why they put me next to Herbert he spoke to me about his daughter, I belive he said she was a nurse and he seemed very proud of her. moments before the shooting he had me watch while he went ti the rest room. I am the first one to notice what happened after I craweled out from undet the table I had set up in my spot. the bullets where bouncing off wheels I had set up in front on table. when i stood up and turned he was at my feet. The police told me to sit in my truck taped off around me and kept me there for four hours but never asked me one question. I clearly saw the vehicle and tge shooter.
