If they want to keep something open it needs to appeal to the local downtown residents. They should revamp the theme into more of a diner, add some pool tables golden tee, some couches, put a small stage in the corner etc. The locals only have plenty of high end places to choose from, very few laid back bar/pub places. You have City Tavern and to a lesser extent Ten sports grill...it's gotten kinda gunky and you have to endure the music selection from the 20 something bartenders.
