I'm curious: how long it has been since you went to Sitar? I don't think there has been a male proprietor there in more than 18 months. The Nepalese woman who is the current manager/part-owner speaks English very well and is very service oriented.
I go for the lunch buffet frequently, and there are usually at least three meats, three vegetable dishes, naan and dessert every day. The buffet food is solid (mostly North) Indian fare -- tandoori chicken, curries, chicken makhani. The menu, which is also available at lunch, is fairly deep.
And I've also got to ask, what's more embarrassing ... having someone challenge your use of a coupon in front of your clients, or using the coupon for your clients' $8.99 buffet lunch in the first place?
