Food: 5/5 Vibe: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Overall: 5/5
Incredible find. We are part of several dining groups. This is by far our favorite. It is very much appreciated by foodies. However, traditional types need to stay away and lean more towards country comfort food. This place is for not only the traditional types with pastas, steaks, and salad, but Moussaka, Paella, and impeccable Lamb Chops. Service is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I host a website for restaurant operators and investors. This place is on the top of their list to purchase at some point. O.C. types may not appreciate this jewel as it is far from normal (same ol' same) in the Bishop Arts District. Web chatter among the foodies of Dallas is that another location is in the process of being built out - we're not sure of a name change. Stay tuned. We entertain people from all over. They've been back again and again without us. We're so proud to have this place in our neighborhood. Anyone who has a bad word about this place is definitely off the mark. Thanks Cosmo Rouge. FYI, N.Y. Times ranked this a must visit and eat place '07, Food & Wine ranked it amoung top 3 places to dine, Dallas Morning News (within 1 month after opening ranked 3 1/2 stars, etc.) WE'RE PROUD, but hurry! I persoanally know an insider from an investment group that's rumored to have made an offer to the owner to buy the proper. However, I my source tells me that the concept & name is not for sell (at this time). Ciao!
