    'The seven suspected "Scarecrow bandits" who were arrested on Monday turn out to have crime-ridden pasts' - Uh, gee, ya think so?

    While I generally don't disagree with the sentiment expressed, I think it is probably more appropriate to direct your contempt to the judicial system that lets murderers out on parole or post bail! Not towards moms & dads who, no matter how blatantly degenerate their child is, cannot help but want to rationalize and forgive their actions. It's natural to be incapable of being objective when it comes to your family. It doesn't make it right, but it's not a crime. It's just human.

    What is criminal is a judicial system that fails the public time and time again, putting people in jail for petty sh*T and letting these guys out!

    Tear down that biyatch and build a nice green park with grass, trees and water for us urbanites! Plant grass, do some landscaping, it's cheap. And, hasn't anyone noticed it's hella hot here with all this ugly brown concrete and steel. Every major cool city in the U.S. is defined by a nice, big wonderful city park.
