This is ridiculous. First off, QA's aren't managers. Not even close. They are servers who get scheduled to expedite food. As a result, because they have a harder job and only get paid hourly, it is customary for servers to VOLUNTARILY tip out the QA. The fact that this woman took time to file a lawsuit about this is absurd.
