I'm glad to hear you've had such consistent good meals at Craft because I have not. I had a dinner party there 2 weeks ago and not only was I disappointed in the food but was somewhat embarrassed that all out meals were sub-par. The $60 steak was a leathery let-down, salmon was ok at best, chicken....well how do you mess up roasted chicken? The only saving grace was the gnocci. We ordered 3 dishes of it as appetizers because we were told it would take 45 mins to cook our steaks. Hmmm now that I think about it, no wonder the steaks were leathery. I will never eat at Craft again or recommend it to a friend.
