    FYI, City Hall (not Mark Cuban) decided to make it a morning parade on a weekday so that too many people couldn't attend. It was a strategic move, so that they could have a parade, video tape it for the news and enjoy... but so that the 6 million people of the DFW area don't floot downtown and make it impossible for the city to function and safety to be maintained.

    i'm lucky, i work downtown, and my boss is cool enough to let me attend.
