Restaurant review: Snuffer's service ruins any dining experience
I'd have to agree with you on the service for 1 out of the 20 or so times I've been to the Greenville location. They actually have a team waiting where you have a 'main' waitperson and then they tag team on refills and such. I've been there when it's slow and slammed and only had one bad visit. Of course this could be the new wave of employees as the last time I'd been is over a year ago.

In-N-Out in Dallas-Fort Worth: Is the honeymoon over?
The McDonald's fries are not fake. The reason they are one of the best, if not the best tasting fries is because they buy premium POTATOES to make the fries. That's right, a P-O-T-A-T-O not fake. I only know this because a friend's parents owned a Mickie Dees franchise and I asked her why the fries were so darn good.
Me and the family waited in line at In-N-Out for 30 minutes and were not impressed with the food. We figured it was a busy time and went on a slower day. Still not impressed. The fries were limp, tasteless, and definitely the worst part of the meal every time. Atomic fries? What happens with those is you cover up the blandness of the fries with the addition of the toppings. So is it the fries that are tasty or the toppings?
The burger is no better than a Whopper and below the taste of a Quarter Pounder w/Cheese. I can also get a bigger, better tasting burger at Burger House or Keller's.
In-N-Out was too much hype and not enough substance. They oversaturated the market just like Steak & Shake, Food Lion, and how many others. They'll be "in and out" of Texas just like the others.

Boulevarding is a one-of-a-kind tradition at SMU
President Turner overestimates about the residents around the campus attending. Most of the very local residents have younger children and the boulevarding is not tailored to everyone. It's a drink fest for (mostly) students of drinking age. Nothing more. There are no activities, incentives, or freebies to entice families in the surrounding neighborhoods to attend. If the locals want to hang out and drink with the college people, then that's who does show. Flying a plane with a "Fill the Ford" banner does no good when the plane only flies over the campus -- it's like it's only a reminder for the students that they should go to the game after the pre-game partying. The boulevarding is not really fun or entertaining except with the occasional band performance on the main quad. I've attended a TCU home game and they truly had the community support with attendance and parking accommodations. Maybe Turner should "take some people" to TCU and see how they fill their stadium.
