    David is a good chef but did not know how to manage his business finicals! You can't pull a 6 figure salary for yourself unless you are making that kind of money! Plus why all the extra staff? If no business you go to skeleton staff! I know he had good investors but they can only take a hit like that for so long before you have to stop the bleeding!

    Thank god! One less pain in the butt chef, with over priced food that needed some serious work on! You were living on borrowed time in the colleyville area! Go home to CA or back to Nana.
