It's great that Dallas is seeing more & more offerings for vegan cooking classes! Agree with 'eatveggiestoday' above that they are for anyone who wants to learn to cook/eat more healthy, even if you're not vegan or vegetarian.

I hope they have some vegan options. Certainly 'Cowboy Chow (whose mantra of "If god hadn't wanted us to eat meat, he wouldn't have invented cows') is not one of those places. (They charged me the same for some veggie 'sides' as they would have for a brisket taco. I guess the meat is actually free and all the expense is in the veggies...)
