Please do NOT change the container! We sterilize them and then at our store we re-use them to send home with our customers everything from fresh mozzarella to bulk mustard. They're GREAT! Everyone should re-use them; who doesn't need clear unbreakable containers for their garage shelf, for hardware bits sorted by type? Our customers love 'em and reuse them too.

There's no indication in the article about clean sourcing of the milk. That's one thing that concerns me a bit. Now THAT would be a meaningful step toward environmental sustainability: it doesn't have to be certified organic but clean, BGH-free milk from pastured cows in the contents.
