It's no NYC subway, but I applaud DART trying to expand to meet commuter needs. Certainly more so than any other city in Texas.

On Fiscal Year 2008 a banner year for Dallas Area Rapid Transit ridership

Went last night for the "Grand Opening".

Interesting... the old entrance is no longer used, you enter off Reagan St. No natural light in the place at all. Kept Sue's old dance floor. Dark, noisy, smoky (for now). Nice renovation of the restroom, if I may. Huge patio in back - front patio (sadly) seems to just be fading into disuse.

Overall, they did a decent job with it.

On Throckmorton Mining Company (TMC)

Literally JUST passed by the office out here in Irving... 10 minutes ago the winds were out of the south... now... GUSTY and NORTH.

On Cold front to hit Dallas Fort Worth Wednesday

@ Travis: The neon green stuff? That's what makes it feel like home to me.

On Wild About Harry's

Heh. No need to thank me. I honestly missed their burgers and fries. Thank YOU for looking further into it.

On Mooyah Burgers in Dallas closed for now, might relocate

On Drinkers at Six Flags would not be free to roam

Mike - you're so right - and with that new AMLI construction going in, it's only going to get worse.

On Mooyah Burgers & Fries (Dallas) (Closed)

He was mentioned so often last night I thought HE was running for President.

On Proof that the news cycle has gone haywire

And sadly, I'll follow me review with news that it looks like it closed up shop.

On Mooyah Burgers & Fries (Dallas) (Closed)
