Both defenders lost their title last night. Tony 'Kryptonite' Lopez, the more seasoned fighter, won the Super Heavyweight bout. Esteves Jones definitely gave a harder fight though defending his title than David Gomez , who lost his Welterweight title to Bill Albrecht in a quick first round.

The fights were well matched overall with Treston Thomison retaining his undefeated record after 3 extremely close three rounds with Rodney Allison.

I just ate the Tyson Chandler crepe at Flippin' Out for lunch, and loved it. Chef Hoffner did say on Good Morning Texas that Tyson Chandler had not eaten that particular crepe, but it was based on Chandler's flavor profile.

I know that does not answer if Chandler eats crepes at all. I will happily investigate that question over breakfast crepes this weekend when Chef Hoffner will be testing out some new breakfast items, a Banana Nut crepe and a Cajun Eggs Benedict crepe.
