Where is there a roundabout in Richardson? The only one I know of that is even close to a roundabout is at American Pkwy and Presidential, but it's in the middle of a business park with no real traffic.

Twisted Root Burger is an exciting announcement. It's nice to see a locally owned restaurant going up, and even nicer to see restaurants that do NOT specialize in sandwiches, b/c that area west of 75 is Sandwich Shop Mecca.
Any news of other tenants at Eastside, non-food related? For some reason I can see a GAP going in there.

Where would the park be built if it is to serve Cottonwood and Heights? Just looking at a map, there seems to be zero land that is not being used, so I would assume structures would have to be bought and razed to make this happen. Has there been any discussion on a location?
