ryetronics's review for:
Thai Soon Restaurant
Best Thai food in Dallas, hands down. Try the Chan-Poo if you're looking for a noodle dish that isn't Pad Thai. Their Tom Kha is fantastic and the corn patties are to die for.

ryetronics's review for:
Dos Rios Tex-Mex Grill
Pretty straightforward Tex-Mex on the cheap here. There are better options around town, but this spot is quick and tasty when you stick to the basics.

ryetronics's review for:
Amigos Restaurant
This is sort of a hidden gem because they have yet to be reviewed by DMN or any other major publication (as far as I can tell).
The Mexican Lasagna is excellent and unique though a little on the heavy side, but that's to be expected. I especially love the vegetable tamale's, which are on the appetizer menu, but can be substituted on an entree if you'd like. Before your meal, you will receive an Amuse-Bouche, consisting of a round tortilla chip with salsa, refried beans and a dab of sour cream. It's a nice start for a budget Tex-Mex house.

ryetronics's review for:
Stephan Pyles Restaurant
The best way to experience Stephen Pyles is by sitting at the Ceviche Bar. It allows you to sample many more dishes of a higher variety than the normal sit-down dinner, giving you more bang for your buck. It also allows you to watch the kitchen at work, which on a busy night, can be quite the show.
Try the Prosciutto, Fig & Mascarpone pizza and a few of the ceviches... you will not regret it.

Knox Street Pub
Update - I was contacted by the owners of the bar directly. They were incredibly helpful and fully resolved the situation. They proved me
