currently work as a wireless specialist for radioshack and ive come to notice over a few years that they are more focused on cellphones ccescoriess and pushy tactics than anytbing else.... By doing so they drive away any past future present or future customers because they make it just that much harder to get what they need and leave. it makes the next trip to radioshack a dread. And the reason is because thats what the employees make commission on in order to repair what they have left they will need to get back to basics and find a way to get there employees to do the same... i hope this is helpfull and im juat saying my part
