Waiiiiiit, what?? Target only offers "current price" returns? In ALL cases? Even with a receipt? ?? OK... I just checked their return policy online and it says NOTHING about return price, which worries me, because it should say "purchase price" or "current price" or "lowest price", but it says nothing.... somebody please confirm because that is utter BS.
