So once the garage is paid for, will the prices return to the current price? It seems only fair since we are assisting in paying it off. Right? Kinda like "hey thanks patrons for using the new garage and the not complaining about the price increase" With that being said, we'll lower the prices for you."

@ Rodneyhass - I don't smoke but I'm a little confused on how it's illegal to smoke outside the public place? Smokers are aloud to do their thing outside the establishment. I can't find anything that states they aren't aloud nor is the establishment required to move them from the premises. Please enlighten. Thanks
