    I'm sad to hear of Waltrina's passing. I'm even sadder that I never met her in person. Reading her reviews, though, was a close second.

    Dallas photographer Andy Hanson died

    My memories of Andy are from the DSM opening nights and cast parties that we attended. He was there to catch the evening on film and I was there to catch the evening on tape for radio. I learned so much about this city from Andy during our "down times" waiting for his next photo or my next interview. I'm so sad that he has died; I'm even more sad that he apparently died alone.

    Jimmy Bounthavy might be one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I know him. He's taking care of his mom AND working AND now he's going back to school? Let's all of us raise our hand if WE can do all that! My hand is NOT up.
