first, it's the Serial Lady Killers ... like they are repeat "Lady Killers", Serial Lady Killers. Not Lady "Serial Killers" .... the band is all male, not Ladies ... dig? second, this is Rhett Millers' SIXTH solo album, not "freshman" which would mean 1st. 6 solo albums, and counting. not to be picky, but sheesh ...

you obviously didn't go see Wilco at the Music Hall at Fair Park. matter of fact, you must not have gone to too many shows at all, if you think Homegrown Fest was the best concert of the year. c'mon. I love Josh and his crew as much or more than anybody but ... we are talking BEST CONCERT of the Year? Even the Observers big Toadies/Old 97s/Centromatic/Sarah Jaffe show is mysteriously missing from this list. I mean, really, let's be honest here. I think y'all need to get out more!

well, nice that y'all posted notice of this show, but ... would have been better to have a picture without somebody else's logo in it, and both guys playing ... but thanks, really...let's just say it starts at 8, not 9, and this set is to remember the early seminal days of the band Sorta, as it just started out with Trey and Danny swapping songs and yarn at the Original Barley House on Henderson. Don't you MISS THOSE DAYS???

Sons of Hermann is ALWAYS on the map ... you just gotta find it. BEST LIVE MUSIC VENUE IN TOWN.
