El Salvadorian is good, everything else is mediocre at best. They obviously have a different interpretation of great-tasting Tex-Mex than most Texans or Mexicans. Margaritas are terrible - 2nd worse only to those crappy "margarita buckets" you see at stores.

Service is ok - I've always eaten before 9pm if that makes a difference. I've never been looked at too scornfully with my attire.

Value is terrible relative to other "Latin-genre" restaurants in Fort Worth. Good thing they have the El Salvadoran thing to call their own for now.

To sum up, Gloria's (the restaurant) can easily be duplicated by someone that can find a good location and make their place look trendy and hire good looking girls. Don't go here if you're very hungry or want excellent food. I hope their nightlife is better than their lackluster dining experience.
