Here's my only concern with people eating vegan and thinking they are eating healthy foods... Soybeans are GMO. Alfalfa sprouts are GMO. Anything with corn in it is, you guessed it... GMO. Hardly anyone knows exactly how deadly GMO crops are but they have not been proven safe and have been linked to serious health problems. If people only eat ORGANIC and know for a fact it is ORGANIC then that is a healthy diet, but to simply not eat meat, does not solve the problem of consuming poison. just fyi
