Absolutely awesome show. My husband and I laughed every episode. I am Christian and from the South, where people say, "Bless her little heart" and then backstab like crazy. It's a known fact. Methinks the protesters are those whose "religion" is too straitlaced to allow for poking fun at themselves. Excellent parody, great acting with very experienced performers who must have had a hoot performing in this show. What happened to humor? The show was predictable, yet funny. But what was also predictable and not at all funny was the "Christian" backlash from the religious right. Where are these people when the newer situation comedies touting sex, sex, sex, come on? I dare say, watching. Then they wonder why the young are having sex at younger ages than ever, and want to "protect" them from abortions. Hello...is anyone watching?

PLEASE bring back this show...too funny. You're missing the boat, ABC. So what if a few people boycott...Pepsi's definitely not hurting. Stop kowtowing to the right-wing fanatics. After all, they're watching all those "other" shows...just not ones that parody themselves.
