I've eaten at this place a bunch of times and I can't say enough good things about it. I've done both the buffet and menu many times and the food has always been consistent. The place is run by Indians and most time during the days the place is pretty full and 90 percent of the people are Indian so that's always a good sign. It's not very crowded on the weekends, though. I was there this weekend ordering from the full menu and the service was excellent. They even gave us plastic tupperware type containers to keep our curries separate and from stinking up the car.
I'm a big fan of their palak paneer and veggie curries and the standard chicken tikha masala and chicken 65. Their dahl makhani is fantastic as well. Their naan is cooked just right and hearty. The chutney is the best I've had around town. They also have a great buffet on weekends which costs a few extra bucks but includes a few extra things. I think the buffet is geared more towards southern India on weekends and northern during the week. I might have that backwards because I know jack all about the regions of India and I'm pretty white.
Regardless of my whiteness, this place is great and ranks with India Palace as my favorites in Dallas. It comes personally recommended by me and 4 out of 5 Indian people who live in the area. Do it.

Sorta. The transition was actually in December or January. Turns out Mr. Dominguez was in a mountain of debt and had lost his liquor license (too many DUI's) so he was bleeding money by giving away liquor. A long time fried/patron of his who had some cash bought the restaurant and has updated the kitchen and some other things. I can't confirm or deny the staff/menu changes but it was my understanding they didn't want to deviate too much but needed to make some changes to make it fiscally viable.
